LPM is at patch: audio_visual_lab, event dedicated to contemporary digital art forms, with a special preview conceived for this second edition featured by the LPM Team members Carlotta Piccinini and Sergio Omnidrive, who give a glimpse of the different typologies of video performances:

During the event, science and art meets to focus on new trends and opportunities in digital, audiovisual art created with new means of communication. New technologies, open-source platforms, machinery and tools, which are developed and processed by the users, where ‘digitalism’ often co-inherence with ‘analogism’.
The program foresees:
– selected installations and audiovisual works created by Polish and foreign artists from fields such as generative art, interactive art, DIY, net-art, video art, sound art, experimental film forms, projektionism, mapping, VJing and other often overstepping known disciplines.
– a special preview of audiovisual works selected from the open call.
– workshops presenting multimedia tools in a broad sense, emerging outside the main trends and as an important element in the hands of contemporary artists. This year there will be a special edition workshops in collaboration with Architecture Interior Design of Krakow Fine Art Academy which will be finalized with an installation shown during III International Interior Design Biennale in March 2014.
– selected international AV performances and audiovisual night with an ambitious electronic music with live visuals.
