Native Croatian, in searching for a more wider and richer musical working space Grgur transplanted himself into Berlin / Germany. Although very early and largely involved in a pure acoustic and modern classical music he begins to discover new fields of more extended techniques like noise, aggressive confrontation and dissonance, IDM - computer manipulation and digital synthesis, minimalism and electroacoustic music. Directing a great deal of attention in fields of music Grgur is predominantly focused on his groups Pitch Shifting, Heart Shaping and Space Tigers.
In New York he took private lessons with revered jazz greats such as saxophonists George Garzone and Andrew D’Angelo. Past musical projects include his Free Willys – conceptual free music trio, The Unleashed Bop Force – post bop fusion quintet, Mangroove – fusion band. In between recording and playing shows, Grgur to a great degree creates short documentaries and movies which are involved in major of his music videos. He’s original music is available through the CD-s he has recorded, Spotify, Deezer, Bandcamp, Youtube and other.
