Music provokes emotions.
One of the involuntary response to music stimulation is given by our heartbeat, it accelerates or slows down, according to different sounds and situations.
HeartBIT’s performance -thanks to a heartbeat sensor connected to the finger of the dj (Althia) and to vj’consolle (Edohard) - strive to turn this emotion into new audio-visual stimulus, that will allow the audience to explicity visualize and listen the performers emotional response to music/stage stimulus and emphathyse with them.
The outcome will be the creation of new unique visual and sound landscapes, that enable a faster and deeper immersion into crew vision.

Althia is a Milan based Dj & producer. She grew up collecting and mixing old school jungle and dnb vinyls and playing in a female dnb collective as dj at local underground venues. She decided to flex her solo skills in 2017, deciding to explore new territories in sounds, mainly influenced by the cities where she spent random periods of her life: Paris, Bristol and Berlin.
Currently her sound in a beautiful blend of techno, bass, footwork, jungle future music....
