KodeLife is a real-time GPU shader editor for Mac/Windows/Linux by Hexler Heavy Industries.
The tool began life as a 2011 as a personal project to create a live-code performance tool but has since developed into a cross-platform, professional authoring and performance application for VJs, game developers and creative coding enthusiasts.
In this showcase we will briefly show the inspiration and history of how the application was born, demonstrate some common and advanced capabilities and use-cases and present a preview of some future features that are not yet part of the publicly available version.
