[Text available only in English] 'splash’ is an audiovisual work using pointcloud. Pointclouds were collected for the visuals using Lidar sensors in a wooded area around the artist's residence. Through the music and audio-reactive visuals, the audiences are invited to a virtual space newly built by the artist.

[Text available only in English] Iver Kim is an electronic musician and audiovisual artist based in Utrecht, Netherlands and born in Seoul, South Korea. She samples instrumental/choral music and field recordings to create ambient/drone music that develops in a very long phase. For her compositions and audiovisuals, she collects pointclouds and soundscapes of physical spaces and brings them to a computer to create a virtual world in which people feel immersed. Currently, she is studying Music and Technology at HKU...
