In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 231/01, Flyer Srl Impresa Sociale has adopted the “Organisational Model 231” aimed at preventing the commission of offences that may entail the administrative liability of the Company when committed in its interest or to its advantage.

The generally accepted principles of transparency, integrity, and fairness that guide Flyer form the foundation for the adoption of the Organisational Model 231, which ensures the effective management of sensitive activities. Through the application of the provisions set out in Legislative Decree 231/2001, the Model prevents the commission of offences that could lead to the Company’s administrative liability if carried out in its interest or for its benefit.
