Frank Latter holds a bachelors degree in Fine Art from the University of Cape Town and was a founding member of Cape Town based VJ duo Visual Contraband. As a live visual specialist he has worked alongside many of South Africa's top artists and at major festivals around the country. Frank Latter Visuals is his latest venture.
