i start with vhs recorder to improve videos, my computer crush in a ball of fire and for a year i had to stay without it and try to get some images with dvd cameras and vhs, meanwhile people near my town start to put into the garbage lot of catodic television (the most of them working)
so i decided to work with low quality video, tv stripes and ampex collage, i had a lot of materials!!!
one of the first massive experience was for the resistance fest in Fosdinovo were Kanine krunchers present R.I.C. and where we, i and Rocco Malfanti, can put our collection of tv garbage. for that installation we use 60 catodic television.
into the passage to high resolution i start to use the uman siluette and monochromatic style in hdmi definition.
