Patrick Doan is a Canadian, Montreal-born digital artist living in Berlin, Germany. Working under the Defasten project name since 2001, he has created diverse content spanning film and documentary, music concerts, dance performance, club events, galleries, live audiovisual concerts and art installations. With a deep interest in design, electronic music, science-fiction and the contemporary arts, his works fall at the intersection of geometric abstraction and evolving digital aesthetics.
