FRANCESCO BIANCO is graduated at DAMS of Tor Vergata University in Rome, where he attains Bachelor’s degree with a thesis in Aestethic and Philosophy of music titled “Contemporaneità: coscienza del confronto e rinnovamento” and a Master’s degree with a thesis in Electronic Music titled “Storia ed evoluzione della S.I.M.: dalla ricerca musicale alla produzione tecnologica e per l’industria” , edited by Cernat Italia in 2013.
Subsequently he attends a course in Electronic Music at Conservatorio di Roma Santa Cecilia, ending the triennium with the presentation of "Musica, gesto, informazione" study and of Homogéne, song for piano and electronic, and the biennium with his work on digital system "Ambiente Interattivo per il Controllo e l’Elaborazione del Suono" and with the song Tre episodi di un'attuale vita qualunque.
Between 2013 and 2014 is a visiting scholar at Electronic Music class at Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional (CRR) de Boulogne-Billancourt (Parigi) where he studies with Yan Maresz, Roque Rivas e Jean-Luc Hervé.
While studying electronic music he also carries on the learning of guitar, and after the electric, he focuses on the classical instrument, studying with Arturo Tallini.In 2009 he is at third place in 4° Festival internazionale di Chitarra città di Monterotondo.
He works like a composer, producer and teacher.
Actually he is involved in many artistic projects.
Granato is his Elettrorock band, founded with Dario Giuffrida and Alessandro Cicala, Corrente is their debut album that was also on tour.
Isolare is his duo with Silvia Scarpa , concentrating on sound, performing , philosophy, and language and communication poetical analysis , they already produced different performance, installations and songs.
In Numa project he handles of the more instinctive and direct field, the rhythm and the dance , club electronic music, EDM, in his many variations.
Frei and Trequarti are instead two not active bands, the first of electronic experiments, with Paolo Gatti, the second of music and poetry with Rosanna Salati and Silvia Scarpa.
With Alessandro Cicala, before founding Granato, he gave life to other two bands: Obeo, world music duo with classical guitars and Current, with synth, drum machine, sampler and electric guitar.
Like a composer is engaged in making acusmatic and electroacustic music.
In 2010 makes the sound design for Enzo Infante painting exhibition, and his work was published on Studiolo Laps net label.
In 2011 takes part at “Sincronie Remix” , with Ioha (Nell'alto dei giorni immobili remix).
In early 2012 his electro acoustic songs Studio 2, Studio 3, Ex-post, are published by NAM (nuovo archivio multimediale) , in Accademia di San Luca di Roma.
In late 2012 Astratto#1 has been selected and played in XIX Colloquio di Informatica Musicale.
In 2012 he also produces the Il giorno prima della fine webseries soundtrack.
In 2013 he takes part in designing composing and executing live electronics for L’alchimista stralunato show, produced by StudioloLaps and performed at Piccolo Jovinelli theatre.
In 2014 writes Homegéne, for piano and live electronics, and publishes Dittico di una possibilità for Studiolo Laps
In 2015 he publishes S-S-S-H-H-H for Studiolo Laps.
In 2016 he writes 8 piecies for violin and live electronics.
Tre episodi di un' attuale vita qualunque is from 2017 and in the same year achieves La sua Lingua e la nostra, ineractive sound installation with the students of III B of Istituto Loi di Nettuno, that wins the Migliore Opera prize at Media art festival (MAF).
The complete list of his works is available on online catalogue. As a composer and producer achieves different works for movies and docs and takes part to the making of albums with other artists.
From several years , gives classes of guitar, electronic music and musical education.
For Mondo Digitale foundation gave lessons of electronic music in secondary schools. He also is a digital trainer for the same foundation.
In april 2014 is in charge of giving lessons for the audience at Teatro Tor Bella Monaca.
From 2012 is in the management of
Studiololaps , and achieves some events (Slaps-pourri1 and Slaps-pourri2)
