the world moves through power games. man versus men. society versus another. when every move determines the opponent next step. nothing in played in a vacuum and everything is influenced by the rest.
“due/al” by Carmine De Vita and Michal Zemel, puts in motion this universal truth. the two artists facing each other and creating two expects of a communal experience. one side of the stage controls the sound, the other the visuals always using a certain amount of unpredictability. the work involves the physical body movement of the artist to control the consoles. a new form then, regenerates from the traces left behind by the other.
