Portuguese Joao Lobato makes electronic music under the moniker LASERS, in which he channels a ghostly ambience befitting gelid wistfulness, dark winters and biting chill, using microscopically chopped samples and spectral synth lines that skiffle and dart to a lovely rhythmic shuffle.
