Nicolaï Della Guerra is a pianist, composer, and improviser. His artistic practice unfolds at the intersection of composition and improvisation, driven by a personal language informed by contemporary music, jazz, minimalism, Eastern European musical traditions, and a strong modal sensibility. His work frequently explores the dialogue between piano, voice, electronics, and other art forms, examining the relationship between written material, perception, and transformation.
