Landscapes of the Mind is the third installment of a larger body of work called Cyberdelic Reality, which is based on the concept of Psychedelic experiences through technology. Cyberdelic is a sub genre of the Cyberpunk movement which now has become a part of our every day reality. The performance is connected with altered states of consciousness and how the audiovisual experience can transport the audience to another place in time and space. The inner landscapes of the mind merge with external influences from mass media while morphing and distorting through a process of real time manipulation., creating a new interpretation of the information we receive, be it through technology or via real world experiences. The journey fuses Psychedelic elements with futuristic glitches and distortions to create a retro futuristic feel while tapping into deeper levels of the sub conscious. This is performed with an experimental electronic soundtrack which is inspired by many genres including Industrial Techno, Psytrance, noise and IDM.
