Music therapy is a discipline that uses the properties of sound and its vibration as therapy to alleviate or cure certain psychophysical dysfunctions
A perfect resonance frequency has the ability to change our physical, emotional or mental state. each one of us has our own sound, note or music that helps us to harmonize and that is intimately related to our own personal frequency.
The basic principle of sound healing is the concept of resonance or vibrational frequency of an object.
