'Irrhythmia' is an audiovisual study of everyday rhythms. pavel ambiont plays techno, techdub/step, ambient and field recordings. and solar_olga mixes urban visual rhythms.

"the various times of our everyday existence differ so much from each other as to be mutually antithetical [...] There are now measurable times and times which are impossible to measure; there are diluted times and vastly accelerated times. The images of television, graphics, and advertising introduce a multiplicity of times into everyday life, they shuttle us instantly from the past to the future and back again. They constantly switch us between one temporal rhythm and another. There are blanks, gaps, and interruptions in the movemenent between such different times, fragmenting our perception of continuity and demanding a capacity for rapid shifts, frequent adjustments, and flexibility, as well as a capability to synchronize.
