The project proposes to revisit historical paintings erasing the human presence from these imperative frame systems. To create new conceptual spaces on which to think about. Modifying our past to create a new starting point.
Maite Cajaraville proposes to develop a new past, to create a new archaeology. Through the "deleting laboratory" I free the figures from the painting and meke them play and enjoy on their new freedom.
