[Text available only in English] The Hyenas Collective, featuring Leo Teixeira and Luciano Rocha – always with an open door for guests – seeks to investigate works which exist exclusively in live environments, demonstrating narrative thrust and experimentation; projects which are constantly at odds with the perceptive experience and the act of performance. The collective studies the inherent genre tension in contemporary art: body image, sexual identity disassociated from LGBT stereotypes, issues dealing with ritualistic religion and the language of video/projections as a tool for the emancipation of the genre.
