Yang Lei is Performer, Visual artist and Videographer. She was born in 1983 in Hu Bei, China. Since 2005, she currently lives and works in Dijon, France. She graduated in 2011 from a DNSEP Art ENSA Dijon. Since 2007, she was a founder member of the female collective performance ALIAS BLACK MARKET.
