The XTH platform is a project by XTH Inc, a company making open source, hackable, BioCreative technologies for professionals in different fields, from music and video to dance, from games to VR, from advertising to businesses. The platform is being currently developed and will be launched in the next months, following the launch of the XTH Sense, our first creative technology. The XTH Platform is an online community where you can share knowledge, review and pitch open source projects with the XTH Sense to a community of professionals from all around the globe. It is also a platform where you can hire specialized developers for on-demand coding of your perfect XTH Sense experience. And for developers, it is the place where you can share pieces of code for the XTH Sense and other body technologies, increase your reputation by helping others, and earn money by contributing what your knowledge to someone’s project.

Marco Donnarumma (PhD) is an artist and writer. He merges sound art and performance art through science and technology. He creates performances, concerts and installations using and abusing human bodies, sound, infrasound, light, algorithms, body sensors and loudspeakers. His works rely on the material force of sound to produce intensely intimate encounters of bodies and machines, and vivid sensory and physical experiences. His creative process is a continuous feedback between artistic intuition, scientific experiments and development of custom technologies.
