WAKE is a live audiovisual project from Berlin. Thomas Mann /pixtur/ and Lena Kilkka /lucid/ blend a hypnotic, eclectic fusion of classical-meets-rave cinematic sounds with demoscene realtime visuals.
All visuals are built and performed using our own custom-made 3D engine, Tooll3.

Always torn between his desire to learn new programming languages and to improve his design skills, pixtur has done stuff such as writing intros in assembler, studying architecture and doing water color drawing. He spends most of his spare time in the creation of demos and animation tools. And playing badminton.
He is the maintainer for TiXL - an open source suite for realtime content creation and animation.
He performs together with Lucid -- doing the visual side of WAKE.
