VGA for Breakfast presents VJs CONTEST @ LIVING ROOM, an event open to all vj and video art enthusiasts, who want to unleash their creativity, performing at ROOM26, one of the most prestigious clubs in Rome.
The Contest is part of the project Living Room, which provides a series of events monthly .
The music of the crew DOGZFAMILY (Spellband & Sciorty) will accompany the vj-set of participants.
Admission is free and the event begins with an aperitif buffet, from 20:00 until 03:00.
To participate please send an email to contest@vgaforbreakfast.com
with a link to a demo of the minimum duration of 1 minute and within a bio of the artist.
For Each event a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 8 artists are allowed to participate. At the end of the performances of each artist, whose duration is proportional to the number of participants, a jury will choose the best 2 artists who will compete in a back to back, disputing the title of winner of the evening.
The vote is public: using a system based on facebook likes, anyone can express his preference.

and who reaches the largest number of likes by the date of the next event will be entitled to participate in the final, to be held between late May and early June, with the chance to win prizes and be invited as special vj guest at ROOM26 on a mainstream night.
