Representa Corisco Project
The Representa Corisco is audiovideo performance created in 2003, the project works with concepts of the popular culture, icons related to the visual universe of “cangaço” and one of its characters: Corisco. The cangaço was an armed movement that lasted more than two centuries (XIX and XX) in northeaster of Brazil and can be associated with concepts like resistance and fight against the system of hereditary privileges present in the Brazilian history.

El VJ EletroIMan representa Corisco, Oxossi y Macunaíma, personajes de la cultura brasileña que nos remete a una herencia de resistencia política y a una búsqueda constante de una identidad brasileña.
En su proyecto, Eletro-I-Man tiene como objetivo repensar el vídeo a partir de su conjugación con otras técnicas. Esta idea de convergencia permite un diálogo entre varias técnicas, componiendo un lenguaje híbrido que está se desarrollando desde el principio de 2003.
