[Text available only in English] Bruno Tripodi is a Chilean New Media Artist and Creative Technologist currently based in Valencia, Spain. Raised in a creatively engaged family with early exposure to film sets, he trained in audiovisuals before discovering, in 2020, the expressive potential of real-time generative systems through TouchDesigner — the tool that has since become central to his practice.
His work sits at the intersection of digital art, interactive systems, and sound, exploring the relationships between mathematics, real-time visuals, and physical input systems to build environments where technology and perception converge. A distinctive thread in his approach is the conversion of visual data into sound channels and vice versa, treating image and audio as a single expressive system.
In 2020 he co-founded Sonda Tecnopoética, a collective exploring sound synthesis and digital art. Following professional experience in audiovisual production — creating music videos, commercial spots, and institutional documentaries — he completed in 2024 the International Master in Multimedia Creation for Live Shows (MICME) at LABA Valencia, where he subsequently became a mentor, guiding students in the development of interactive and performative projects.
He currently works at Vitamin Studio, collaborating with artists and institutions including Taiat Dansa and Under The Tree on interactive installations and live audiovisual projects connecting movement, music, and generative systems. Alongside his practice he contributes to the international creative coding community through educational content, including a lesson on efficient workflows for immersive spaces in TouchDesigner for The Immersive HQ, and participation in a TouchDesigner meetup in China.
His work has been presented at Volumens, Bright Festival, MICME, Houghton Festival, elPetit (Mercat de les Flors), and Symphoria (Spazio AMA, Bolzano), and has received recognition from Festival 10 Sentidos, SMTH, and Niio, with pieces exhibited across more than thirty LED screens in five Spanish cities as part of the SMTH + Niio open call.
